And 2015 is off to a good reading start

And 2015 is off to a great start, reading-wise. Last night I finished an achingly beautiful novel account of a woman descending into Alzheimers: All the Dancing Birds. Told from her own perspective and with the help of letters that she has written to her children to be found after she is gone, Lillie Claire recognizes what she’s losing and deals with the frustrating emotions that accompany it. Full of love and even hope, this little book was a wonderful way to begin my book list in 2015.  I’d give it a good 4.5 stars.
